1. All products are manufactured and packed in compliance with FSSAI Licence No.: 21524034000417.

2. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST (GSTIN: 27AASFR3777R1Z0).

3. Orders are processed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping timelines: India (3–5 business days) | International (7–14 business days).

5. Returns are accepted within 7 days if products are unopened and in original condition.

6. Damaged or wrong items will be replaced free of cost. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.

7. Customers are advised to check ingredients and allergen details before use. Royal Masale™ is not responsible for misuse or allergic reactions.

8. All brand assets, packaging designs, and content are the intellectual property of Royal Masale Foods Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra courts only.
