Exchange Policy – Royal Masale™
At Royal Masale™, we want every customer to be happy with their order. If something goes wrong, we make it easy to exchange your product.
When Can You Exchange a Product?
You can request an exchange if:
- You received the wrong product instead of what you ordered
- You received a damaged or defective product
- The product was expired at delivery
- The packet was broken, tampered, or leaking
When Exchange is Not Allowed
We cannot process an exchange if:
- The product has been opened, used, or partly consumed
- The packaging/labels are missing or damaged
- The request is made after 7 days of delivery
- The exchange request is only for personal taste preference (since spice taste can differ by recipe)
How to Request an Exchange
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order:

2. Share your order number and photos of the product.
3. Our team will confirm and arrange for the product exchange.
4. A reverse pickup will be scheduled, or you may be guided to return it yourself.
Exchange Process
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will send you the replacement product.
- Exchanges are usually completed within 7–10 business days.
- If the replacement item is not available, you will be offered an alternate product or refund.
Important Notes
- Always check the parcel when it arrives. If it looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.
- Products must be exchanged in the same packaging with labels intact.
- Only genuine issues will be considered for exchange.
